I've used Le Creuset for years, however as my domestic grew, I needed to get a largeger Dutch Oven. I was hesitant in forking over the cash for a 7 qt. Le Creuset, however when I noticed the 6.5 qt. Tramontina for a fraction of the cost of the Le Creuset, I figured I couldn't lose particularly since there was once a Lifetime Warranty. I used this Dutch Oven for the entire lot from braises, stews, to bolognese. My best qualm was that the internal would stain which I anticipated after studying the little guide...no large deal. I now noticed that the enamel inside wasn't as thick as the Le Creuset, but I didn't care as lengthy as I can prepare dinner with it.
