Bought this pan for Thanksgiving. Cared for it and used it three times afterwards. Fabulous. Roomy. Easy to wash. Move on to Christmas Eve. Houseful of hungry individuals. Previously baked cannelloni, stuffing and ziti for crowds in the pan. Write up says additionally it is for roasting. Pan (room temperature) goes into three75 degree oven with pretty roast beef. What's that horrible smell! Why it can be all the fat from the roasting pan effervescent within the bottom of my (thankfully) self-cleaning oven. The pan merely divided itself right down the middle, dumping its content materials within the oven. Smoke-filled house. Need to self-clean after bedtime. Messy. Thank goodness I live in LA. Turned off the smoldering oven and headed for the grill within the yard. Actually completed the roast widespread and even cook dinnered the potatoes Anna available within the market. Can't remember why this could occur to a brand new, neatly-maintained pan, getting used inside temperature limits, getting into the oven at room temperature...etc. Posting an image of the way it cracked. Almost artistic.

I would give 5 famous persons but I've come to research that many people really feel that 5 megastar scores are completed with the support of "bots" or crops. I'm neither. They bake things up all nice and bubbly and they are very easy to clean particularly if you spritz with prepare dinnering spray ahead of you bake.
