I ordered three of this, and one set of "Cello three-Piece Hot Pot Insulated Casserole Hot Pack Food Warmer Gift Set". I preferred the fact that they do keep meals warm enough and there's a layer of metallic so the meals and the container itself does not smell like plastic. BTW, I also ordered "ThermaWare 2.75 Quart Insulated Food Server with Stainless Steel Insert", which I again for the rationale that entire container odored like plastic.
However the unhappy factor is, the layer of steel started to peel off now, after 2 months (about 5-8 uses). I'm in level of fact dissatisfied on the high quality.
There are indubitably factors to improve in design. For example, instead of just gluing the metal layer to the foam layer on lid, it is going to be higher if the layers are wrapped with the help of the outer plastic layer.
